The Role: Scrum Master

📍 Location: Lisbon

🏢🏠 Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

💰🏦 Sector: Financial Services

🗣️ Languages: English (C1)

✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

🧑 Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• Strong experience in Scrum / Agile environments;
• Solid knowledge of Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective);
• Exposure to SAFe / Agile at Scale concepts;
• Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and facilitation;
• Experience with Jira for backlog and sprint management;
• Strong IT collaboration and team facilitation skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SonarQube and MS Office reporting tools;
• Experience with impediment management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective team delivery;
• Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization;
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum practices;
• Identify and remove impediments to delivery;
• Track team progress and Agile metrics (velocity, sprint goals, performance);
• Support Agile adoption and continuous improvement across the team.
