Project Manager IT F/M/X

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join a dynamic engineering environment in Luxembourg, working on complex technology-driven projects involving software, hardware, and industrial systems.

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met in a fast-paced and technical environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define scope, priorities, and execution plans with engineering and business teams.
• Monitor progress and update schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Build clear dashboards and reports to support management decisions.
• Identify risks early and define mitigation actions.
• Track issues and ensure timely resolution with the right teams.
• Maintain high quality standards across all project phases.
• Help ensure readiness for industrialisation and delivery.
• Contribute to improving processes and ways of working across teams.
  
  
  

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in technical or industrial environments.
• Experience in complex engineering projects (software, hardware, or embedded systems).
• Strong experience working in Agile and/or hybrid project management environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as:
• Jira
• Confluence
• MS Project
• Excel
• Power BI (or similar reporting tools)
• Strong understanding of project planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills in English.
