You will be in charge of:
- Leading ship outfitting projects from start to finish, ensuring the achievement of project objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage the project budget: plan, monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure the project is delivered profitably.
- Ensure efficient resource planning and allocation, optimizing costs and time.
- Contribute to proposal preparation, cost estimation, and negotiations with clients and partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress, results, and risks, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal requirements.
- Initiate process improvement ideas and apply insights for future enhancements.
We expect You:
- Hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (an advantage).
- Possess a higher education degree.
- Have experience in managing engineering, construction, or other technical projects (e.g. ship repair, construction, or manufacturing projects).
- Have a solid understanding of project execution processes, technical standards, and applicable regulations (experience in ship repair or the construction sector is considered an advantage).
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate fluently in English (Russian is an advantage).
- Hold a category B driver’s license.

Location:
Work in foreign countries on a business trip basis.
Salary:
