About the role
You'll be the bridge between business teams, IT, and management - helping the company identify, shape, and deliver process automation and AI initiatives. Your day-to-day will swing between sitting with business users to understand how work actually gets done, mapping processes, scoping automation opportunities, and staying close to delivery as solutions get built in n8n, AI agents, and system integrations.
This isn't a hand-off role. You stay involved through discovery, requirements, build, testing, and post-go-live. The expectation is that you don't just document what people ask for — you help them figure out what they actually need.
What you will do:
Discovery & business communication
- Run interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions with business teams to understand current processes, pain points, and goals
- Translate fuzzy business needs into clear, structured requirements that IT and automation team can build from
- Surface missing details, exceptions, edge cases, dependencies, and unspoken business rules
- Push back constructively when a requested solution doesn't fit the underlying problem
Process analysis & mapping
- Document as-is and to-be processes - inputs, outputs, systems, roles, decisions, exceptions, dependencies
- Identify inefficiencies, manual work, and repetitive tasks worth automating
- Maintain process documentation in Confluence so both business and technical readers can use it
Automation & AI opportunity assessment
- Spot automation candidates across business operations (n8n workflows, AI agents, integrations)
- Assess fit, complexity, risk, and expected business impact for each opportunity
- Help prioritise the pipeline together with business owners, IT, and management
- Support the company's broader AI transformation by turning ideas into well-scoped use cases
Requirements & delivery support
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements in Jira
- Work alongside developers and AI engineers throughout build — clarifying details, validating assumptions, demoing increments to stakeholders
- Manage scope and change as requirements evolve during delivery
Testing & implementation
- Prepare test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
- Validate that delivered automations meet the agreed requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collect post-go-live feedback and identify further improvements
Standards & ways of working
- Build and maintain internal standards for process documentation, requirements templates, and automation intake
- Help establish how the organisation captures, governs, and continuously improves its processes
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years in business analysis, process analysis, or a similar role
- Strong process mapping skills and structured thinking - can take something messy and make it understandable
- Experience producing process maps, business requirements, user stories, automation opportunity assessments, and test scenarios
- Solid command of Confluence and Jira
- Good understanding of automation and AI concepts (workflow automation, AI agents, integrations) — enough to talk credibly with IT and developers
- Strong stakeholder communication: comfortable working with business teams, IT, and management at the same time
- Curiosity and the confidence to challenge requirements when they don't add up
- Fluent Lithuanian
Nice to have
- Experience in the finance or banking sector
- Hands-on exposure to n8n, Make, Power Automate, or similar workflow tools
- Experience working with AI agents, LLM-based tools, or AI-assisted workflows
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or databases
- Experience defining process documentation standards or governance frameworks
- Working-level English
- Experience in regulated environments (controls, audit trails, compliance considerations)
What We Offer:
- Paid vacation as per the company's time-off policy, with an extra day off on your birthday, additional days based on tenure, self-learning time for your development, and a paid trust day annually for personal use.
- Private health insurance (activated post-trial period).
- Workplace flexibility.
- A culture of recognition, with prizes, rewards, paid trips, gifts, and individual/team awards.
- Branded birthday gifts, financial support for weddings and newborns, along with extra time off. We provide compassionate time off and financial support during challenging times.
- Company events and activities biannually.
Salary:
From 4500 eur gross per month.
