Project Manager, Due Diligence

The role – what is it we would like you to do?

Currie & Brown is currently looking for a Project Manager specializing in due diligence.

Your core duties will involv

• e:Oversee and manage the due diligence process for all real estate acquisitions, ensuring that all aspects of the analysis are thoroughly examin
• edCollect, review, and evaluate critical documents related to property management, including leases, property condition reports, property documents, environmental assessments, et
• c.Identify and assess potential risks related to real estate transactions, including legal, environmental, and operational risks, and recommend mitigation strategi
• esEnsure deadlines are met and communication is clear and smooth between all parties involve
• d.Be the main point of contact between the client and external consultants (surveyors, environmental engineers, surveyors, etc
• .)Prepare complete due diligence reports (technical, administrative, ESG and/or high level) also in coordination with other internal departments, for legal aspects or for the drafting of Capex Plans.

What skills and attributes are we looking for from you:

• Technical delivery experience gained within the construction industry
• Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
• Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
• A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible.
• BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying or equivalent.
• Experience in the education sector environment would be advantageous.
• Experience of fit-out projects
• Risk management qualifications or experience
