We have partnered with an enterprise client in Dublin that is looking for a Senior Analytics Leader to join their team on a rolling contract basis.

In this key role, you will engage with key stakeholders and decision makers across the organisation, maximising the value of customer data for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Define the vision for Customer Analytics and drive customer and commercial value.
• Build strong partnerships across business, IT, data, and marketing teams.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve marketing and campaign performance.
• Lead marketing measurement initiatives, including attribution and media mix modelling.
• Drive advanced analytics and data science projects that support customer growth and engagement.
• Foster a strong commercial and performance-focused culture within the team.

About You

• 10+ years’ experience in Data or Customer Analytics.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on customer outcomes.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Expertise in marketing analytics
• Strong understanding of attribution modelling, media mix modelling, and statistical analysis.
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering teams to scale analytics capabilities.
• Degree in Statistics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
