In this role, you’ll own the product strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of Bluefors’ wiring and measurement infrastructure portfolio. Your main focus is enabling Tech Corporate quantum computing customers as they scale, while also ensuring a strong, coherent offering for academia and research customers around the world. You’ll be the voice of the customer, building a deep understanding of measurement and wiring needs across different system architectures and maturity levels.

Working closely with commercial teams, R&D, and operations, you’ll translate customer needs into clear product definitions, prioritized roadmaps, and compelling business cases. You’ll also drive lifecycle decisions, pricing and configuration, and go-to-market plans—helping Bluefors deliver reliable, high-performance measurement infrastructure that customers can trust in demanding cryogenic environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop strong customer and market understanding, especially for scaling quantum computing systems
  • Drive product planning, roadmap, and lifecycle management for measurement infrastructure (wiring, cabling, RF/microwave components, cryogenic electronics)
  • Translate customer needs and requirements into clear product definitions and business cases
  • Work closely with Product Leads and broader R&D throughout product creation and launches
  • Own the business relationship with selected technology partners, ensuring strong strategic, commercial, and technical alignment
  • Drive pricing, configuration, and profitability together with Sales and Finance
  • Lead go to market activities in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing

What We Expect From You

  • Several years of experience in product management in deep tech, hardware, or complex B2B environments
  • Understanding of RF/microwave systems, cryogenic wiring, or high precision measurement infrastructure
  • Experience of working closely with enterprise or technology driven customers
  • Proven ability to build product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English

We would also appreciate

  • Experience working with or managing technology partnerships
  • Exposure to academic or research customers
  • Technical background in physics, electrical engineering, cryogenics, or a related field
  • Experience in quantum, semiconductor, or scientific instrumentation environments
  • Positive and open-minded attitude
