About Switch
Switch is a Platinum Sitecore partner with CMS, Commerce and DAM specialisations, helping organisations design, build, and operate scalable digital platforms. This senior role manages a complex, strategic digital program for a large customer, covering critical delivery, post-launch optimisation, retained support, backlog and future strategic work. This is a program-level delivery leader position requiring commercial awareness, senior stakeholder management, scope/timeline challenge and clear visibility for both client and Switch leadership, demanding autonomy without heavy delivery management oversight.
Role purpose
The Program Delivery Lead manages the day-to-day delivery leadership of a large digital program. Pre-launch, the role coordinates critical path activities: platform builds, systems integration, database/content migration, business verification testing (BVT), and launch readiness. Post-launch, the role manages support, backlog delivery, quarterly planning, and strategic projects via a clear operating model. Success depends on structured planning, strong stakeholder management, disciplined scope control, accurate reporting, and early issue escalation with clear options and required decisions to protect delivery momentum and commercial control.
