Job Title: Tech Lead -DevOps/Senior Azure Devops

Location: Melbourne / Sydney (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high quality software applications.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Utilize DevOps tools and practices to streamline development workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., AzureDevOps, Terraform).
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Azure).
• Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Harness, Git).
• Knowledge of configuration management tools
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Sumologic).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
• Experience with database technologies
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in software development with a focus on DevOps.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
