Java Package System Implementation Engineer (intra-mart/workflow platform/low-code enterprise platform)

We are looking for an experienced Package System Implementation Engineer to support the development and maintenance of banking business applications built on the intra-mart platform. This role requires a hands-on technical lead who can provide technical guidance across the full project lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise banking applications using the intra-mart platform
• Develop and enhance backend applications using Java technologies
• Configure, manage, and support middleware/application server environments
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems and applications
• Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews to ensure development best practices and quality standards
• Support application deployment, release management, and production stabilization activities
• Work closely with project teams, business users, and stakeholders to deliver stable and scalable solutions
• Monitor system performance and resolve production issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Java application development
• Experience with intra-mart / NTT DATA intra-mart platform
• Banking or financial services domain knowledge is preferred
• Solid experience with middleware/application server setup, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Experience working with Oracle databases and SQL
• Familiarity with enterprise workflow or low-code platforms such as intra-mart is highly preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise or banking applications in production environments
• Good understanding of system integration and enterprise application architecture
• Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership to development teams
