Full Stack Engineer (Lead)

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Engineering Lead who can own solution design and delivery across front‑end and backend, lead engineers, and translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications.

This role requires strong hands‑on expertise in React / Next.js on the front‑end and Python‑based microservices on the backend, along with experience working in Agile / DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Ownership

• Lead end‑to‑end full‑stack delivery across UI, backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and release lifecycle
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and code reviews for front‑end and backend engineers
• Ensure coding standards, security practices, and architectural consistency across the stack

Backend Responsibilities (Python)

• Design and develop scalable, high‑performance backend services using Python
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
• Work with FastAPI / Django / Flask frameworks
• Design event‑driven systems and asynchronous processing
• Implement security controls at data, API, and route levels
• Write unit tests and ensure backend code quality and reliability
• Own backend integration, performance tuning, and production readiness

Front‑End Responsibilities (React / Next.js)

• Design and develop responsive, accessible, and standards‑compliant UIs
• Build single‑page applications (SPA) using ReactJS, NextJS, Redux
• Ensure performance optimization, cross‑browser compatibility, and usability
• Contribute to UI architecture and overall solution design
• Partner closely with UX designers to translate designs into maintainable code
• Ensure front‑end quality through reviews, refactoring, and testing

Experience

Extensive years overall experience in full‑stack application development, including:

• Hands on years in Python‑based backend development
• years in modern front‑end development using React / Next.js
• years in technical leadership owning delivery end‑to‑end

Mandatory Skills : GCP Bigtable, GCP Cloud SQL
