Junior Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for Junior Data Analysts to support analysis and reporting activities by preparing, exploring, and interpreting data to help the business make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Support the development of reports and dashboards.
• Assist business stakeholders with data interpretation.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of:

• SQL.
• Microsoft Excel (advanced level).

Familiarity with:

• Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Basic understanding of:

• Data analysis and statistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / related field.
• Graduated from a university in Romania or Europe.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are also considered.

General Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Solid foundation in data-related concepts.

Selection Criteria & Process

• Available for immediate start or short notice.
• Open to on-site / hybrid work (remote excluded).

Willing to attend:

• 2 interview rounds (HCLTech TP1 + Customer interview).
