About Your New Job

As a Senior Python Web Developer, you will:

• Work on complex, enterprise-level projects (4–5 years’ experience required — must involve multi-developer team environments, not solo or small projects).
• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade applications using a main web framework such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask (beyond analytics/ML/scripts).
• Build scalable and maintainable backend architectures using microservices and containers.
• Integrate and optimize database solutions using ORMs like SQLAlchemy, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, take ownership of deliverables, and maintain high standards in code quality and communication.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in development processes and propose meaningful solutions.

What Skills You Need

• 4–5 years’ experience in enterprise software development (team-based, large-scale projects).
• Proficiency in at least one major Python enterprise web framework: Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience with database engines and ORMs (SQLAlchemy preferred).
• Solid understanding of building larger applications with microservices and containers.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and high level of ownership.

Additional Skillset

• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with Graph Databases (e.g., TigerGraph, Neo4j).
• Exposure to Typescript and UI frameworks (Angular, React).
• Knowledge or interest in the data lineage domain.
