We are looking for an experienced Lead – Python Production Support professional to manage and support critical production environments.

• Python development & support (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
• L2/L3 production support & incident management
• Monitoring & observability tools (APM, logs, alerts)
• Change management & production deployments
• Batch job monitoring & automation
• SLA/KPI reporting & SOX compliance
• 24x7 operations support

Responsibilities:

• Manage production environments and critical incidents
• Lead outage triage calls and ensure SLA adherence
• Coordinate with stakeholders, infra teams, and developers
• Drive automation, dashboarding, and operational excellence
• Support onsite-offshore coordination
