Our client is a large, global professional services organization offering accounting, tax, and business advisory solutions. They work with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from high-growth startups to large enterprises, helping them navigate complex business challenges while leveraging technology and innovation to drive long-term value.

Our client is looking for an AI Engineer specializing in MLOps and AIOps to play a critical role in deploying, operating, and optimizing enterprise-grade AI solutions built on Azure. You will collaborate closely with AI Developers, Product Owners, Governance leaders, and Cloud Architects to ensure these systems are reliable, scalable, and cost-effective across multiple business applications.

This role goes beyond traditional DevOps. It focuses on engineering AI into enterprise operations, enabling secure, observable, and governed machine learning deployments that deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and monitor AI models across Azure services with strong telemetry for performance, drift, and availability
• Manage model upgrades across APIs and UIs with structured rollout, version control, and rollback mechanisms
• Optimize performance and cost through testing, profiling, and tuning of inference infrastructure
• Build and manage MLOps pipelines for CI/CD and lifecycle management using Azure ML and GitHub Actions
• Ensure compliant change management with auditability, governance, and security controls
• Enable observability and incident response frameworks for AI systems
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in MLOps and/or AIOps, preferably within Azure environments
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML, Synapse, Data Lake, App Services, Cosmos DB, and related Azure AI services
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting mindset with strong execution orientation
• Experience in workflow design including prompt flows, automation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop systems
• Familiarity with post-training techniques such as fine-tuning, instruction tuning, RLHF, and domain adaptation
• Experience with Azure DevOps, App Insights, Log Analytics, Key Vault, and Managed Identity
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as locust, K6, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, benchmarking, and A/B testing
• Knowledge of model observability, telemetry, and incident management in AI systems
