Trader Analyst - Solana,Memecoin

About the Role

A fast-growing stealth Web3 trading team is looking for a highly driven Trader Analyst to join its Solana-focused trading operation.

This role combines:

Client communication and relationship management

Execution trading and liquidity strategy

Market analysis and reporting

You will work closely with experienced traders and developers in a high-performance environment focused on Solana memecoins, fair-launch tokens, and on-chain market opportunities.

Execute post-launch trading strategies using internal trading tools

Manage liquidity provision, treasury allocation, and position sizing

Monitor market structure, volatility, social sentiment, and liquidity flows

Analyze token narratives, catalysts, influencer activity, and trading momentum

Prepare trading reports, token analyses, and strategy updates

Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Track PnL and support reporting processes

Collaborate with trading and engineering teams to improve strategies and tooling

Operate effectively in a fast-paced 24/7 crypto market environment

• 1+ years of experience in trading, market making, Web3 research, or crypto markets
  
  Strong understanding of Solana ecosystem and memecoin trading dynamics
  
  Experience with liquidity strategy, market structure, and trading execution
  
  Familiarity with on-chain data, blockchain explorers, and market analytics tools
  
  Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure
  
  Strong communication and client-facing skills
  
  Analytical mindset with a strong interest in crypto markets and trading psychology
  
  Comfortable working in high-intensity, fast-moving environments

Nice to Have

Experience with market making or liquidity provisioning

Understanding of behavioural trading patterns and narrative rotation

Prior experience working with trading dashboards or proprietary tools

Competitive base salary ($75K–$100K)
