About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front-End Developer to join our busy technical team based in Blackburn. This role offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility to balance remote work with onsite collaboration. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the design and development of scalable web applications and platforms that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for defining front-end architecture, establishing development standards, and ensuring the delivery of secure, maintainable, and high-performance codebases. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, marketing teams, and other developers to create seamless user experiences and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in front-end web development, with proven experience in building scalable and maintainable applications. Essential qualifications include expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, along with a solid understanding of component-driven design and state management. Experience with version control systems such as Git, as well as familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, is required.
