Job Title: AI Engineer (Sr. Fullstack Developer) - Gen AI & AI Agents

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in AI Engineering, Backend Development, Cloud Architecture, and GenAI solutions. This role is ideal for engineers who have hands-on experience building AI-powered systems and can independently drive technical and architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications and autonomous agent workflows
• Develop scalable backend systems and APIs using Python
• Build and integrate LLM-based solutions and RAG architectures
• Work on cloud-native deployments using GCP or AWS
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders from the US & Germany
• Contribute to architecture decisions, system design, and technical strategy
• Develop modern full stack applications with strong backend foundations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong Python development experience
• FastAPI and/or Django
• Experience building GenAI / LLM applications
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents & Agentic Workflows
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Strong Backend Architecture & System Design skills
• Database Architecture & API development experience
• Cloud expertise in GCP (preferred) or AWS
• Angular and modern frontend development experience
• Strong understanding of scalable application development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
