About The Role

Join a dynamic team to build Viktor, an AI coworker that integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams, transforming how companies operate by replacing multiple SaaS tools with a single AI teammate. Your work will directly impact the product's ability to perform complex tasks for customers, enhancing its capabilities and reliability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop the agent runtime to enable Viktor to execute real actions from simple commands.
• Create and maintain integrations with a wide array of tools like Salesforce, Notion, and Stripe.
• Manage infrastructure to ensure Viktor handles over 600K tool calls daily efficiently.
• Deploy features directly to users, seeing immediate impact and feedback.
• Contribute to various projects as needed, given the small team and broad scope.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in AI-assisted development and agentic coding.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to make and own technical trade-offs.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, shipping code daily.
• Versatility to work across different areas, from backend to frontend.
• Interest in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Based in Warsaw, with a hybrid work model.
