Commercial Coordinator - Global Travel Retail (Entry Level)

Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.


The Commercial Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our Travel Retail commercial team, from operational to administrative activities, to develop and grow our brands presence further in a fast-paced, international environment.


This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, proactive and who’ll enjoy cross-functional collaboration.


This position is in-office 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage orders: receive, review, process orders.
  • Coordinate with customer service departments, freight forwarders and clients to ensure smooth delivery of each orders, complying with the clients’ requirements.
  • Coordinate shipments of testers, samples and POS materials to optimize sales at all travel retail locations
  • Consolidate and maintain distribution and activities reports
  • Review and process investments invoices, maintain tracker to ensure investments budgets are respected
  • Provide product information to the clients’ master data to facilitate introduction of novelties
  • Send statements of account to clients and liaise with finance on overdue balances
  • Provide full administrative and operational support to the Director and Manager, including ad-hoc projects


Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred)
  • 1+ year of full-time work experience in a commercial, export, or sales support role
  • Experience working within beauty, fragrance, or FMCG highly preferred


Required Skills

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is an preferred
  • Analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making within an international environment
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English; another European language is a plus
