We are looking for a UX/UI Developer | Senior Experience Designer to join one of our biggest clients, a large-scale international organization operating in complex and highly regulated environments, with strong digital transformation and customer experience initiatives across enterprise and e-commerce platforms.

Remote position

What you will do:

• Own end-to-end design delivery, from pitch and discovery to UX concept, UI design, design systems, developer handoff, QA, and documentation

• Conduct user and stakeholder research, including interviews, competitive analysis, concept validation, and usability testing

• Translate research insights into information architecture, user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems and UI kits with a strong focus on scalability, accessibility, tokens, and component architecture

• Facilitate workshops with clients, business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams

• Support effort estimation, identify up- and cross-selling opportunities, and contribute from a consulting perspective

• Ensure high-quality developer handoff with detailed specifications, edge cases, and design documentation

• Apply AI tools throughout the design process to enhance research, ideation, structuring, design, documentation, and quality assurance

What you are like:

• Background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX, UI, Product, or Experience Design, ideally in agency environments

• Strong experience in enterprise and/or e-commerce digital products

• Solid skills in wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, and design systems

• Strong qualitative and quantitative research capabilities, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear UX strategies

• Practical knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience designing for native mobile applications and mobile-first environments is a strong plus

• Comfortable using AI tools within the design workflow

• Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills

• Professional English is mandatory; good German skills are a strong advantage
