Network Support Engineer

We are seeking a Band 2 Network Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues. This role is a backfill position, intended to ensure continuity of support operations while maintaining service levels across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with basic networking concepts, troubleshooting, and IT support processes.
