YOUR MISSION

We're looking for a strategically minded Portfolio & Product Manager to take full ownership of our lending product portfolio. You'll sit at the heart of the business - directing the end-to-end credit lifecycle, driving product economics, and leading the risk frameworks that keep us ahead of the curve. This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks in systems, acts decisively, and knows what it takes to build credit products people actually trust.

• Own the end-to-end lending product lifecycle, from development and launch through to ongoing improvement
• Monitor product economics -revenue, costs, margins, and profitability and act on the findings
• Maintain the risk framework and lead credit assessment processes, including automation
• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics aligned with company objectives
• Lead pricing strategy design to maximize profitability and market competitiveness
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales to deliver product initiatives
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years experience in product management, preferably in the financial or creditsectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Solid understanding of financial systems, credit products, and digital platforms
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
