Junior Analyst

Key Responsibilities and scope of the role:

• monitor global and local energy commodity markets, analyze fundamental market drivers, and translate insights into clear, actionable information for stakeholders;
• develop, maintain, and enhance internal databases and dashboards; conduct market research to support investment analysis and decision-making;
• support departmental activities through structured project documentation and in-depth research using internal and external data sources;
• support market‑research‑based presentation materials, including PowerPoint decks and analytical content in Excel and Word.

You are a great match if you:

• ongoing or completed university studies in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field;
• strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interest in electricity and energy commodity markets;
• a curious, proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and willingness to develop professionally;
• ability to work independently and as part of a team, with clear and open communication;
• fluent Estonian and excellent English skills (written and spoken);
• MS Office skills; basic knowledge of R and/or Python is an advantage.

Role is based in Tallinn (partial remote work opportunity).

This is a part-time position (0.5 FTE).
