I am hiring for Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Sheffield, UK (3 Days Onsite Mandatory)

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to support enterprise AI Helpdesk initiatives focused on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM evaluation, and intelligent knowledge systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines for structured and unstructured enterprise knowledge data.

• Develop RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector indexing, and retrieval optimization solutions.

• Improve AI response quality using chunking, ranking, filtering, and grounding techniques.

• Create evaluation datasets and automated quality testing for LLM accuracy and hallucination reduction.

• Support model benchmarking, tuning, experimentation, and performance optimization activities.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance AI system reliability and reduce failure rates.
