You will serve as the technical anchor for a ConTech venture that builds operational infrastructure for scaling construction businesses. Sitting between the founder and development partners, you will translate commercial requirements into precise specifications, manage delivery timelines, and identify repeatable patterns across client engagements to drive the company’s SaaS product extraction strategy.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end PRD process, turning discovery findings into unambiguous, buildable specifications for external development partners.
• Manage structured sprint cycles and delivery timelines across multiple client projects while protecting architectural integrity and scope boundaries.
• Lead the QA process to ensure all technical builds strictly align with original PRDs rather than developer-led deviations.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience in technical product management or digital implementation specifically within the construction sector (e.g., implementing Procore or Power BI).
• Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to produce precise PRDs that leave zero room for misinterpretation by remote dev teams.
• Deep domain knowledge of how site teams and commercial project managers operate, including an understanding of why real-time margin reporting is critical.
