What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a related field
• At least 4 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master
• Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

• Proven success leading Agile transformations in organizations
• Ability to work effectively in a variety of Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile)
