Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working in Banking/Financial Services environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams.
- Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe are preferred.
