Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Network Data Administrator / L3 Network Engineer to support enterprise Managed Services operations in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support L2/L3 network infrastructure
• Configure and manage VLANs, STP, VTP, Trunking, Inter-VLAN Routing, ACLs, and EtherChannel
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP
• Support IP Address Management using Subnetting, CIDR, VLSM, and Supernetting
• Handle LAN/WLAN troubleshooting, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points
• Work on IPsec & GRE Tunnel configuration and troubleshooting
• Perform RCA for critical incidents and support P1 issue resolution
• Manage tickets, monitoring tools, and operational documentation
• Support network device configuration, IOS upgrades, TACACS, HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Network Operations / Managed Services
• Experience working in 24/7 rotational shifts
• Team handling or leadership experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, SNMP, Routing & Switching
• Experience with Cisco 2900–6500 series switches
• Good understanding of Metro Ethernet technologies
• Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools
• Scripting knowledge in Python, Perl, Unix Shell, or Windows Shell
• ITIL Certified preferred
• Industry-standard networking certifications preferred (CCNA/CCNP etc.)
