As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for a Business Data Analyst who can integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, Finance, Risk, and internal trading system) to support multiple disciplines within the company among others, management, front office, finance and risk, enable data-driven decision making across the business. In this role, you will be part of the Operations Team, while maintaining close collaboration with Front Office, directors and the Management Team.

Your Role

As a Business Data Analyst, You Will Support Various Front Office Energy Desks And Their Supporting Teams, Including Risk, Finance, And Back Office. Your Focus Will Be To Provide Actionable Insights To Management By

• Developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and CRM.
• Periodically reporting on team and company (financial) performance.
• Supporting the forecasting & budgeting process with reliable data.
• Defining, measuring, and monitoring KPIs.
• Handling ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders.
• Possible development & CRM improvements (ZOHO).
  
  
  

This is a cross-functional role that provides exposure to strategic decision-making and the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the organization. As a central point of contact for all data-related activities, you will support the Business Management Team in mapping data flows and contributing to the development of new features and databases that shape the organization’s evolving data architecture.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in a relevant field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modelling)
• Hands-on Power BI or similar BI tool experience
• Able to translate complex business questions into actionable insights
• CRM, finance or trading platform experience is a plus
• Strong English communication skills, comfortable in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
• Proactive, independent and entrepreneurial mindset
