We are a fast-growing company operating in the board games and TCG segment, with an active pan-European expansion. As we continue scaling across multiple markets, we are looking for a Country Manager who will take full ownership of the Slovenian and Adriatic/Balkan region business operations and growth.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for commercial performance, market expansion, local teams, partnerships, and execution across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and lead the overall business performance for Slovenia and the Adriatic/Balkan region
• Drive sales growth, revenue, profitability, and market expansion
• Manage and lead local teams across sales, operations, retail, and partnerships
• Develop and execute regional business strategy aligned with company objectives
• Identify and execute new growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
• Take full ownership of regional KPIs, targets, and business results
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key stakeholders
• Ensure high standards of execution, professionalism, and operational performance across the region
• Represent the company locally and act as the key decision-maker for the region
Candidate Profile:
• 5+ years of experience in a senior commercial, country management, or general management role
• Strong leadership experience with direct responsibility for business performance
• Strong understanding of professional business etiquette and corporate communication standards
• Maintains a high level of professionalism in meetings, communication
• Experience managing sales teams and multi-market operations
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to grow business operations
• Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of the Slovenian and Balkan business environment

Smo hitro rastoče podjetje na področju družabnih iger in TCG segmenta, z aktivno širitvijo po Evropi. Zaradi nadaljnje regionalne rasti v svojo ekipo vabimo Country Managerja, ki bo prevzel celotno odgovornost za poslovanje, rast in razvoj trgov Slovenije ter Adriatic/Balkan regije.
Gre za vodstveno pozicijo z neposredno odgovornostjo za prodajo, rast poslovanja, ekipe, partnerstva in izvajanje strategije na regionalnem nivoju.
Ključne odgovornosti:
• Celovito vodenje poslovanja za Slovenijo ter Adriatic/Balkan regijo
• Odgovornost za rast prodaje, prihodkov, profitabilnosti in širitev poslovanja
• Vodenje lokalnih ekip na področjih prodaje, operative, retaila in partnerstev
• Oblikovanje in izvajanje regionalne poslovne strategije skladno s cilji podjetja
• Prepoznavanje in izvajanje novih poslovnih priložnosti ter širitev na nove trge
• Neposredna odgovornost za doseganje KPI-jev, ciljev in poslovnih rezultatov
• Vzpostavljanje in razvoj odnosov z distributerji, retail partnerji in ključnimi deležniki
• Zagotavljanje visokega nivoja izvedbe, profesionalnosti in poslovnih standardov
• Predstavljanje podjetja na lokalnem trgu in sprejemanje ključnih poslovnih odločitev za regijo
Profil kandidata:
• Najmanj 5 let izkušenj na senior komercialni, country management ali general management poziciji
• Izkušnje z neposredno odgovornostjo za poslovne rezultate
• Dobro razume profesionalni poslovni bonton in standarde korporativne komunikacije
• Ohranja visoko raven profesionalnosti na sestankih, v komunikaciji in poslovnem okolju
• Izkušnje z vodenjem prodajnih ekip in poslovanja na več trgih
• Sposobnost samostojnega odločanja in prevzemanja odgovornosti
• Odlične organizacijske in vodstvene sposobnosti
• Dobro poznavanje slovenskega in balkanskega poslovnega okolja
