Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong payments industry expertise to lead the successful implementation of key clients onto our platform. This role will be responsible for coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, technical integration, regulatory readiness, and successful go-live delivery.


Key Client Onboarding & Implementation

·       Own end-to-end onboarding of strategic clients

·       Build onboarding plans covering timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, governance, and go-live readiness.

·       Ensure smooth migration or transition of clients from legacy providers or existing payment setups.

·       Coordinate launch readiness, testing, training, and post-go-live support.


Client Requirements Management

·       Gather, document, and manage client business, operational, technical, and compliance requirements.

·       Translate client needs into clear internal workstreams for Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.

·       Manage configuration requirements including payment methods, settlement models, reporting, reconciliation, and user access.

·       Ensure client-specific SLAs, service expectations, and commercial commitments are delivered.


Required Experience

·       5+ years of Program / Project Management experience.

·       3+ years in payments, fintech, issuing, or payment technology environments.

·       Proven experience managing client onboarding, implementations, or integration programs.

·       Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Quickbase, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.

·       Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams and senior stakeholders.

·       Strong client-facing experience in complex B2B environments.


Skills & Competencies

·       Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

·       Strong planning, organisation, and execution discipline.

·       Ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding programs.

·       Commercially minded with strong customer focus.
