Functional Analyst

As a Functional Analyst, you’ll act as the vital link between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring projects meet business goals with excellence.

Your Role:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify objectives and drive alignment
• Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring milestones and resolving challenges

Requirements:

• A master’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in functional analysis within a digital or IT environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in digital tools
• French and/or Dutch, and fluency in English
