You will own the end-to-end data-to-product pipeline, building AI agents that automate complex commercial workflows for global banks. Sitting at the intersection of data engineering and AI, you will transform massive datasets into production-ready agents that handle onboarding and compliance, moving beyond simple dashboards to create autonomous decision-making tools.

What You Will Do

• Design and maintain a production data stack from ingestion through to the AI agent serving layer.
• Build and deploy AI agents that automate manual banking workflows like pricing, retention, and compliance.
• Analyze massive merchant datasets to identify signals, test hypotheses, and drive new product features.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Strong software engineering and data engineering fundamentals with deep experience in Python, SQL, and AWS.
• Product-minded approach with a desire to turn messy, ambiguous datasets into high-impact customer solutions.
• Previous experience building data functions at high-growth startups or experience as a former founder.
