Experiencia laboral: 2 años de administración de HR y/o liquidación de sueldos

Conocimientos: legislación laboral, Excel, ingles (deseable), SAP (deseable),

Tareas a Realizar

• Gestión de proveedores del área (uso de SAP)
• Atención de consultas del personal
• Seguimiento de ausentismo
• Gestión de intercambios telegráficos con Legales
• Seguimiento de licencias médicas y ART
• Altas y bajas en obras sociales y prepagas
• Altas y bajas en seguros de vida
• Gestión de beneficios al personal
• Mantenimiento de archivo de legajos
• Tareas varias de administración de HR
