What makes you a strong candidate:

• You are proficient in SQLAlchemy, React Native, Python, PostgreSQL, Full-stack development, FastAPI.
• You have the potential to develop in MQTT, ESP32.
• Spanish - Conversational
• English - Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more:

Developer full-stack for an AgTech startup in the MVP stage. The project uses Python/FastAPI on the backend, React Native for iOS and Android apps, TimescaleDB, Redis, AWS, ChirpStack LoRaWAN, and Claude API. Approximately 70% of the code is generated with AI (Claude/Cursor); the developer must be able to read, debug, and integrate this code. Experience with IoT or embedded devices (ESP32) is a plus.

Essential Skills:

- Solid Python (FastAPI, asyncio, SQLAlchemy).

- React Native with Expo, at least one app published in stores.

- Comfortable working with Claude/Cursor/Copilot, already using AI in daily workflow.

- Basic AWS (S3, Lambda, IoT Core).

- PostgreSQL / relational databases.

Highly Desirable:

- Experience with MQTT or IoT in general.

- Knowledge of ESP32 or microcontrollers.

- Experience working in a startup or a project from scratch.

Not Necessary:

- ML/AI expert; models are provided by Claude API and AWS Forecast.

- Senior DevOps; Railway handles deployment automatically.

- Designer; 70% of the UI is generated by v0.dev or Claude.
