Technical Lead (Reactjs) - Day Rate Contract

We’re looking for a Lead Level Contractor or Tech Lead Contractor to join a market leading, ASX-listed technology business on a long-term engagement (12+ months rolling).

This is a high impact role supporting a platform used by millions of users, where you’ll play a key part in shaping and scaling a modern web application within a well-established, innovation-driven engineering team.

You’ll step into a fast moving Agile environment with real ownership, driving architecture and solution design, mentoring engineers, and influencing the technical direction of a product that operates at significant scale.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading architecture and solution design across a large scale web platform
• Mentoring and guiding engineers while remaining hands on (50/50)
• Driving best practices across performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Delivering feature enhancements and continuous improvements
• Elevating front-end architecture and overall engineering standards
