Role : Network Engineer

Location : Brisbane

Responsibilities as L2/L3 Network Engineer

• Incident resolution and enhancements relating to configurable application items.
• Functional incidents that the L1/L0 Support team cannot resolve
• Incident resolution and break-fix within agreed parameters and SLAs relating to application modifications, interfaces, and technical application setup
• Handling Incident, Service Requests, Changes, Windows Server Administration
• Creation and maintenance of Knowledge-based articles, Creation and maintenance of As-Built documentation
• 3rd Party Service Providers and OEM partner Co-ordination Citrix, Pure Storage, and Hardware Support
• Ready to work on Shifts and provide on-call support during off-support hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to Collaborate with other cross-functional teams
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation and automate some of the BAU activities

Technical Skill

1. Network:

• Perform the below list of activities related to the Network with the help of available SOPs, device details, and architectural diagrams and refine them if required to perform the below activities
• Manage Network
• Manage support network connectivity across all sites and data centers. Optimization of monitoring tools where required.
• Add or Remove Subnets
• Manage Site to Site Connectivity
• SDI shall provide the current updated network architecture
• Provide insights into whether connectivity is
• Policy-based or Route Based
• Troubleshoot Connectivity Issues

Load Balancers

Sonata team will perform the below list of activities related to the Network with the help of available SOPs, device details, and architectural diagrams and refine them if required to perform the below activities

• Configure Endpoints on Virtual Machines
• Manage Internal Load Balancer
• Troubleshoot Issues with Load Balancer
