Full stack engineer intern

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer Intern, based in Chicago, IL, with the flexibility to work from home periodically. The intern will actively contribute to front-end and back-end development, participate in full-stack software projects, write efficient and maintainable code, and collaborate with team members to deliver seamless solutions. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining system components, optimizing performance, and addressing technical challenges within the platform.

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and building efficient server-side solutions
• Experience in Front-End Development, including creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Strong understanding of Full-Stack Development and Software Development processes
• Practical knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and styling modern web applications
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and any experience in cloud technologies is a plus
