About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in data analytics and looking to gain hands-on experience working with real business data, reporting, and insights.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will help collect, organize, analyze, and visualize data to support business decisions across different departments. You will work closely with senior analysts, managers, and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.


Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders
  • Assist in maintaining databases and data accuracy
  • Support business teams with ad-hoc data requests
  • Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports
  • Collaborate with team members to improve reporting processes
  • Present findings in a clear and understandable manner


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge)
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of SQL is preferred
  • Basic experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the analytics field


Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, academic project, or certification related to data analytics
  • Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
  • Understanding of business metrics and reporting concepts
