Head of Product (Exchange / Crypto)

BlockDelta is hiring for a leading organisation that built a digital asset trading platform focused on crypto markets. Backed by strong expertise in regulated financial services, they've built a reputation for reliable trading infrastructure and consistent execution. As they enter their next phase of growth, they are looking for a Head of Product to take ownership of the product function, working closely with engineering to shape and improve the end-to-end trading experience for a global user base, based in the UAE.

Role Requirement

We're looking for a Head of Product to take full ownership of their fast-growing crypto trading platform serving users across global markets. This role is focused on building and improving products that are genuinely used by both new and experienced traders.

You'll define product direction, improve the core trading experience, and lead a team responsible for consistent delivery. A strong understanding of trading behaviour and user needs in crypto markets is essential.

• This is an onsite opportunity, relocation to Dubai, UAE would be needed.
  
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the product strategy and roadmap across web and mobile
• Improve the trading experience - from onboarding to execution and retention
• Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to ship high-quality features
• Use data, user feedback, and market trends to guide decisions
• Build and lead a product team - hiring, mentoring, and setting standards
• Balance speed and quality in a high-growth environment
• Ensure the platform remains reliable, secure, and easy to use
• Identify new opportunities - features, markets, or product lines
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 7-10+ years in product management, with at least a few years in a leadership role
• Experience in trading, fintech, crypto, or financial platforms
• Strong understanding of how trading products work (spot, derivatives, or similar)
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling products used by real customers
• Comfortable working with data and making decisions without overcomplicating things
• Experience managing and growing product teams
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand system constraints
  
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience building products for global users
• Familiarity with compliance, risk, or security in financial platforms
• Background in both retail and institutional product offerings
