Purpose of the Role
To support daily HR operations by managing employee lifecycle processes, personnel documentation, payroll-related workflows, and store employee operational follow-ups in line with company procedures and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Handle SGK employment entry and termination procedures
- Prepare, maintain, and update employee personnel files
- Support payroll operations by preparing and tracking required data
- Follow up on store employee shift schedules, attendance, and leave records
- Support bonus, receivable, and additional payment tracking processes
- Maintain employee contracts and official HR documentation accurately
- Coordinate closely with store managers regarding operational HR processes
- Support monthly HR reporting and administrative follow-up processes
- Ensure all HR operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Economics, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or personnel administration
- Knowledge of SGK procedures and personnel processes
- Familiarity with payroll and attendance tracking processes is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple operational processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to adapt to a dynamic working environment
