User Experience Designer

Role: UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

• Design intuitive digital interfaces for desktop portals, mobile apps, and handheld warehouse scanners used in logistics and fulfillment operations.
• Collaborate closely with a Senior UX Designer to ensure seamless alignment with the overall co-worker journey and experience strategy.
• Translate complex, data-heavy logistics workflows into simple, efficient, and error-resistant user experiences.
• Create rapid prototypes and iterate quickly based on usability findings, stakeholder feedback, and operational needs.
• Work directly with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and user requirements.
• Conduct real-world usability testing in store and warehouse environments to validate workflows with co-workers in fast-paced operational settings.
• Ensure consistency with established design systems, interaction patterns, and end-to-end workflows across platforms.
• Apply a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset by prioritizing functional and impactful solutions over overly polished concepts.
• Leverage experience across web, mobile, and specialized industrial hardware to design adaptable and scalable operational tools.
• Contribute positively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment while confidently managing feedback and stakeholder expectations.
