- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- Provide Hands & Eyes onsite support services with occasional IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) activities
- Support additional ad-hoc Time & Material (T&M) requests as required by the client
- Provide onsite support for network infrastructure devices, including but not limited to: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs), Wireless Access Points (APs)
- Perform visual inspections and health checks of network devices, including power status, LED indicators, and display panels
- Execute patch cabling activities for both fiber and non-fiber connections within network racks and secured cabinets Patch cables and related materials will be provided by the Client
- Replace faulty hardware components or complete network devices as required Replacement parts and spare equipment will be provided by the Client
- Coordinate RMA activities and hand over defective components to OEM/vendor representatives
- Manage and maintain onsite network spare inventory, including equipment and related components
- Provide basic physical support for end-user devices, including: Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers
- Perform installation, relocation, addition, and modification activities for in-scope network hardware
- Support physical relocation, de-installation, installation, and cascading of network devices and related equipment
- Execute basic software configuration tasks to facilitate remote access and support by offshore teams
- Perform software, firmware, and patch upgrades based on documented runbooks provided by the remote network management team, particularly where remote execution is not feasible
- Adhere to all client-defined ITSM processes, standards, and operational procedures
- Participate in Major Incident Management bridges from the onsite location, including execution of assigned actions and providing real-time status updates
- Attend governance and operational review meetings and provide reports using approved reporting tools
- Participate in scheduled disaster recovery (DR) exercises and support continuity validation activities
- Conduct onsite radio frequency and wireless signal analysis using approved toolsets provided by the Service Provider
- Prepare and deliver wireless analysis and assessment reports to the Client
