About The Role
This is a hands-on role for a frontend-focused engineer who wants to work close to the business impact of what they build. You’ll take ownership of Funnel’s marketing site as a product building, iterating, and continuously improving it through experimentation.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and revenue teams to ship quickly, test ideas, and turn traffic into meaningful customer conversations.
You will work closely to these wonderfully smart and kind people: Marketa, Thomas, and Elias.

About The Role

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain Funnel’s marketing website using modern frontend technologies
- Develop high-quality, performant, and accessible web experiences that reflect our product and brand
- Run and ship experiments on a continuous basis to improve conversion rates and user engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new pages, campaigns, and features within days, not weeks
- Set up and work with tracking (e.g. events, funnels) to measure performance and evaluate experiment outcomes
- Iterate on landing pages, signup flows, and interactive elements based on data and user insights
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate how you design, build, and iterate on web experiences
- Explore and implement AI-powered features or experiences (e.g. interactive demos, personalization, or content generation) where it creates real user value
- Contribute to improving how we work with experimentation, tooling, and web performance
- At least 5 years of experience working in a web or frontend development role/s
- Strong frontend engineering skills with experience in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience building and maintaining modern, production-grade web applications
- Hands-on experience working with experimentation, A/B testing, or data-driven improvements in a web or product environment
- Comfortable using data (e.g. event tracking, funnels, analytics tools) to guide decisions and evaluate impact
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and backend services (e.g. Node.js, cloud environments like AWS)
- Experience and excitement leveraging AI tools in day-to-day development workflows (e.g. code generation, debugging, prototyping), and curious about how AI can enhance user experiences
- Ability to turn ideas into shipped features quickly, with a focus on quality, performance, and iteration
- Experience working in growth or marketing-focused teams
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools
- Knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization
- Experience from fast-growing B2B SaaS companies or agencies

Good to know
- This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden
- We are an office-first company and work from the office at least 4 days per week. With flexibility of course!

- Hold a valid Swedish work permit
