Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages own workload and promotes an inclusive and open culture.
• Establish the vision and strategy for the product line and communicate them across the organization.
• Drive the product management practice within the organization, defining expectations and commitments.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Engineers, Architecture, Risk, Security and Operations) and to serve as the voice of the customer internally - identifying new capabilities, defining product features, and working closely with development teams to get those features incorporated.
• Define critical metrics for your product and responsible for measuring and tracking to those measures, with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictates.
• Operationalize product metrics for the products you own and building the case for new investment.
• Dealing with a potential product backlog to streamline existing and future timelines.
• Communicating the product vision to others, and overseeing all stages of the product development process.
• Improve product adoption with customers and sharing with them the outcomes we are enabling to strengthen investment.
• You’ll have an end-to-end understanding of how the product fits into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the business.
• Passion for doing things differently by challenging the norm and inspiring others to do the same through facilitating a culture of trust openness and honesty.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5-7+ years of experience in product management, product design or software engineering.
• 5-7+ years of Cloud technology (AWS / Azure) or related experience in a fast-moving enterprise-facing business.
• Technical knowledge and depth necessary to propose and influence new product and feature ideas in the cloud platforms and developer experience space.
• A working foundation in process frameworks Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps with experience in executing these in a highly automotive and high velocity output.
• Thought leader with a solid understanding of the key business drivers and customer dynamics in high-tech industries.
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and able to influence multiple cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Analytical and quantitative skills, experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
