We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in mobile-first design, experimentation and high-velocity prototyping to help us scale our demand engine to the next level.

Role Mission:

Raise the bar across the design team while owning the design strategy for the surfaces that bring millions of patients to Impress — across Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Ukraine and the US.

What You’ll Own:

1. Design leadership (player/coach)

• Raise quality across the team through critique, mentorship, and rolling up your sleeves on the hard problems
• Set the standard for craft, systems and design rigour — especially on web
• Be the senior design voice in cross-functional rooms with PM, ML, marketing and engineering
• Grow into formal line management as the team scales

2. Attraction & growth (your home turf)

• Own the design strategy for session → lead and lead → booking on web
• Partner with the Growth PM to identify the highest-leverage bets, then design and ship them
• Bring real rigour to experimentation — design to learn, not just to launch

3. Cross-product influence

• Contribute design input and direction across the wider product surface (mobile, clinic tools, patient app)
• Help other designers level up their work through active collaboration

4. Campaign design at scale

• Build the systems and components that let marketing produce high volumes of campaign work without diluting the brand
• Set what "good" looks like for performance creative and landing pages

5. Show-up rate & lead quality

• Work with PM, data and engineering to design experiences that improve intent signals and first-visit attendance
• Use design as a lever for lead quality, not just lead volume

Requirements:

• 6+ years as a Product / UX / UI Designer, with experience leading design end-to-end
• Strong portfolio with depth in mobile-first web and growth/conversion surfaces
• Demonstrable experience raising the work of other designers — formal management not required, but evidence of being the person others learn from
• Expert in Figma (components, systems, rapid prototyping); fluent in Framer or equivalent
• Strong UI and motion craft — your work should look as good as it converts
• Comfortable holding strategic ground with senior PMs, marketers and engineers
• High velocity without sacrificing visual excellence
