  • Lead the setup of a Vulnerability Operations Center (rare & highly valued experience)
  • Define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resources
  • Coordinate pilots, deployments, and global rollouts

Project Leadership

  • Own end-to-end program execution (planning, risks, reporting)
  • Coordinate across global cybersecurity, IT, and OT stakeholders
  • Align with SOC, CTI, and external attack surface management

Technology & Architecture

  • Drive the VM/CTEM tooling ecosystem (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Recorded Future)
  • Ensure integration with asset inventory, ITSM, and security monitoring tools
  • Enable automation and scalability

Performance & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs on vulnerability exposure & remediation
  • Build executive dashboards
  • Report progress and risk posture to senior leadership

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Drive adoption across regions and business units
  • Adapt frameworks to industrial / OT constraints
  • Establish governance and escalation models

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience (8–12+ minimum in cybersecurity)
  • Strong background in Vulnerability Management (MUST)
  • Proven experience in large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs
  • Deep understanding of CTEM / risk-based exposure management
  • Experience in industrial / OT environments (MUST – not only IT)
  • Hands-on exposure to Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Recorded Future (MUST)
  • Experience setting up a Vulnerability Operations Center (VOC) (strong advantage, rare skill)
  • Strong project delivery, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication (senior leadership exposure required)
  • Fluent in English

Success Criteria

  • Deployment of a global, standardized VM/CTEM framework
  • Successful setup of a Vulnerability Operations Center
  • High adoption across business units and regions
  • Measurable reduction of critical vulnerabilities
  • Transition from scan & patch → risk-driven exposure reduction
