Description

For the mission to succeed, the Project is looking for PMO profiles to be embedded directly into PMO Streams.

Provide direct support to BE Delivery Lead for Strategic Alignment & Value Realisation.

- Perform local PMO Steering spanning over all streams (status reporting, risk identification and management, define and execute cadence of ceremonies)

-Proactively identify strategic, operational, and delivery risks

-Facilitate rapid issue resolution across silos

-Challenge plans and assumptions constructively

-Produce executive-level reporting with insights

-Support executive decision-making with fact-based insights

-Define and refine governance on a continued basis at the level of the BE implementation

-Foster culture of change adoption and continued improvement on Ways of Working

-Liaise with Global (Group) PMO for coordination on steering activities

-Prepare executive-level support material for participation into Project Ceremonies and Committees

-Trusted Partner to Executive Leadership e.g. represent Belgian project steering into Group ceremonies when needed

Senior experience in transformation projects implying IT re-platforming and operational model evolutions.

Senior experience in program/project management

MUST fluent 3-lingual FR/NL/EN

Project is a strategic transformation programme spanning over all domains and technological platforms of the entity.

The programme is a Group initiative containing local anchorage in Belgium as the country frontrunning application a

The Belgian part of the programme is a project structured in Streams, each Stream spanning a functional or technical perimeter. Stream Leads are under direct authority of the Country Delivery Manager who is accountable for realizing the execution of the Belgian project.
