We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and support ERP/CRM implementation initiatives within complex, multi‐technology environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and the ability to manage high‐complexity incidents while ensuring successful system deployments in regulated industries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute CRM implementation initiatives within enterprise environments
• Participate in ERP implementation or migration projects involving multiple technologies
• Coordinate cutover activities, script execution, deployment monitoring, and post‐release validation
• Analyze logs, monitor deployments, and support go‐live and stabilization phases
• Collaborate with multiple technical and functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Support integration architectures, including APIs, ESB, and ETL processes
• Ensure documentation accuracy, traceability, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ERP implementations or migrations within multi‐technology projects
• Hands‐on experience with at least one enterprise‐level ERP solution such as SAP, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, JD Edwards, or Odoo Enterprise
• Solid knowledge of integration architectures (APIs, ESB, ETL)
• Strong experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA)
• Knowledge of on‐premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Hybrid role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within chemical or laboratory industry environments
• Background supporting complex enterprise transformation programs
• Exposure to regulated or compliance‐driven industries
